Jurisdiction and Out-of-State Matters
Whether the Firm can accept a matter depends on the facts and on applicable licensing and jurisdictional requirements. If your claim arises outside the borders of Texas, we suggest you promptly contact an attorney licensed in that state regarding your claim. You may also call us toll free from anywhere, at any time; we will look into your case and/or attempt to locate an attorney for your specific concern if the loss occurred outside of Texas.
In some cases, the attorney may associate other attorneys in the handling of the client's case, whether as local counsel, trial counsel, co-counsel or any other capacity. Some accepted cases are likely to be referred out to other law firms. See our Disclaimer for the Firm's full referral policy.
Fees
The Firm guarantees that all first visits or initial consultations are always free of charge. No fee until recovery is based on the terms of the Firm's contingency contract on personal injury and wrongful death cases. The fee percentage of the contingency is calculated on the entire recovery. The net recovery is after all fees, expenses and medical expenses, if any.
